Saint C Cocomansi is our internationally patented saucy blend of Coconut Amino and Calamansi (Philippine Lime). Coco aminos is a sauce made from the nectar of the coconut blossom. The gluten-free vegan liquid has a deep flavor akin to soy sauce, but with a tinge of sweetness and less salt.
